  • “Donation” means the amount you pay to enter a draw for Goods

  • “Goods” means the items offered in our draws

  • “You” means the user or customer

3. DONATIONS & ORDERS

  • All donations are final and non‑refundable.

  • You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract (minimum 18 years of age).

  • You provide accurate information (name, payment details, etc.).

  • We may revise draw prices at any time before accepting your donation.

  • Payment methods: credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal, etc. – subject to issuer approval.

4. DRAW DESCRIPTIONS

Draws are constantly updated. We do not guarantee that descriptions, prices, or availability are error‑free. We may correct inaccuracies without prior notice. By donating, you accept any outcome (or lack thereof) of a draw.

5. USER ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for your password and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Fanzster. You may not use our trademarks without written consent.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid through the Service.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or business interruption).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

We are not responsible for third‑party websites linked from our Service.
